Natalie turned 50 weeks last week. I can't believe she is going to be 1 year old soon. It is crazy. How has the time flown by sooo quickly.
I was looking back on some of our weekly photos, and I remember when I couldn't get her to smile at the camera. Now I don't even have to say anything and she just starts smiling. She is such a happy girl. Amazingly this week, she didn't even go for the blocks. She was content to just sit there. I think she was a little tired.
This past weekend we went to visit Grammy & Grandpy Rancourt while they were camping at Seven Maples Campground in Hancock, NH. I have not been there for 15 plus years. We used to go a lot as a kid. It is cool to be able to bring her to places I used to go as a kid. They were celebrating Christmas in July so Santa was coming to visit. She was tired after lunch so we decided to go swing to keep her up until Santa arrived. She loves swinging.
SANTA ARRIVES!!!
She did really well sitting on his lap. Santa is a friend of my parents. Grammy got her a gift so that is what Santa is giving her. Very cute.
Standing up with Grammy. She gets so excited standing up. We had a good time with Grammy and Grandpy in their new camper. It is really nice and spacious and the bathroom is huge.
We got home and she was eating some broccoli. She picked up some broccoli and put it under nose and sniffed it. I tried to get her to do it again but as soon as the camera came out she started getting so excited waving her hands and shrieking. Really funny.
So I took her picture tonight and got some really funny ones. This one is right after she threw the w block on the floor.
Then she leans over to see that it is too far gone.
Oh, look here, there are more to play with.
Will mom mind if I grab some over here?
Since I am such an expert at rolling myself over...
Nice, I can get them now.
These are so fun to play with.
Oh right, Mom is trying to take my picture. Ummm. I'm busy.
My girl is always looking for her next venture.
This weekend we are heading to Rockport with the Baker Grandparents. Chris used to go there a lot as a kid so he really wanted to take her there. Next week she is a year. I can't believe it. Then the big party is Saturday. Much cleaning to be done and planning is needed.
Hope this finds everyone well. See you soon.
