20 weeks - 12/27

We celebrated Christmas with the Rancourt's this past weekend.  We were there for Christmas Eve service.  It is a tradition for our family to go to church.  I have been going when I can since I was young.  We dressed her up in a pretty dress and headed over.  She lasted about 30 minutes.  Not too bad.  She was tired and Chris and Grandpa took her home.
We opened presents the next morning.  Took some photos with Santa and Frosty that have been around forever.  Totally forgot to take a photo of the other Santa.  Oh well, next year.

This was the best of them except for annoying Uncle Chad's finger in the way.

This is later in the day after we had dinner.  Chilling out with Grammy and Grandpy.

This is a cool book that Uncle Chad got us that makes a lot of noise.

The dog was wiped out.

Their cute pint sized tree.

Love her pimped out velour track suit.  Thanks Grammy!!!

Grammy made Natalie her own stocking.  Love it so much.  Chris' is the one with his name on it - duh! Mine is the big huge one.  I was brought home in this when I cam home from the hospital.  1 week old at Christmas.

Close up.  She appliqued it.

Another outfit from Grammy Judy.  Here she is at 20 weeks.

Silly dad messing with her hair again during bath time.  Love the mohawk.

SOOOO CUTE!!!!

19 weeks - 12/20

Natalie turned 19 weeks last week.  We had a Christmas outfit to put her in.  She is gripping toys and keeping it for a long time.  We got a couple from Bob & Christina that she really loves.  There is an elephant that has crinkly ears and a couple of good places to hold on to.  She will get ahold of that thing and just bring her hand up and down, which she has started doing a lot now.

She wasn't really into the Santa Hat.

We got some really good photos of her and the dog.  If we had done this earlier, I think this photo would have been our Christmas Card.  I didn't get to them this year.  Oh well, next year.

These are some photos of Chris tormenting the dog with the Santa hat, which is also not his favorite thing.  Natalie is just chilling out in the background.

Really Dad?  We're doing this?

At one point it looked like she was petting him.  They love each other.

Rocky sniffing his little sister.

18 weeks - 12/13/2011

Natalie turned 18 weeks.  She has been busy.  This weekend was jam packed.
First, was Friday when Dad tried to attempt to feed Natalie some rice cereal.  The pediatrician said you can start it any time from 4-6 months.  I had bought some at the store the other day, so he tried it out.  Well, as you can see it did not work out all that well.  You can probably imagine that a baby that has been fed with milk this whole time might put up a fight when it comes to something mealy in her mouth and this kid is no exception.  She was not happy.  Chris emailed me and wrote "cereal fail."  Oh well, it was only our first attempt.

This made me laugh out loud.  She is really living up to her bib saying.  Also her hair is not standing up on top of her head.  That is my dead palm tree in the back ground.

He said she held it in her mouth for a second and then spit it back out.  Also, I think dad was not concentrating on feeding too much as he took a ton of photos.

There's always a next time.

Saturday, we went to the mall.  Did she like that.  She was mesmerized by all the lights and everything to look at.  We went into one store and there were these balls hanging from the ceiling that were glittery and she was straining her head up to see them.  I think she got a little overwhelmed by it, though.  Saturday night, we had the Toppin/Trested's over for dinner.  We had spaghetti and meat balls.  Yum!!  Turkey meat balls of course.  Natalie slept through the entire dinner.  She hadn't napped all that much that day and was tired.

Today, was our first Christmas celebration with the Baker's.  We had bought Natalie a cute Christmas dress.

Rocky loves paper.  Kellan is getting the hang of ripping the paper.

Rocky is always in the thick of it.  Here he is helping Kellan take off the paper.

Ahhhhh!!!!

Cute hat that Great Aunt Beverly made Natalie.

Here is another super cute hat Great Aunt Beverly made Natalie.

As I was opening her gifts, she was just staring at each one.

Rocky says, "Kellan, do you need any help?"

I think Grandpa likes the Big Dig better than Kellan.

Kellan was getting serious about the ripping now.

Chris and Bob made this chair for Jean.  It is really nice.

We finally got a photo with the Baker grandparents.  Too bad Natalie was on her way out.  We will try again.
Will post some more photos of the presents later.  This mom is tired and is going to bed now.  Love to all.
